13. Client Responsibilities
The client is expected to provide required content, brand assets, product information, approvals, feedback, credentials, and other necessary materials within a reasonable timeframe.
GO WEBERS cannot be held responsible for project delays resulting from incomplete or delayed information, approvals, or materials from the client.
14. Third-Party Integrations
GO WEBERS may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, shipping providers, social media platforms, maps, plugins, APIs, and other external services when required.
The availability, functionality, pricing, policies, and performance of third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.
15. Website Maintenance
Where maintenance is included in the selected package, it covers the services specifically mentioned in the quotation.
New features, major redesigns, additional functionality, extensive content updates, or development work outside the agreed maintenance scope may incur additional charges.
16. Service Changes
GO WEBERS reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service, feature, pricing, or offering when necessary.
Changes to an existing client project will be handled according to the applicable project agreement or quotation.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
GO WEBERS will make reasonable efforts to deliver websites and digital solutions according to the approved requirements.
However, GO WEBERS is not responsible for failures, downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, security issues, service interruptions, or other problems caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, domain providers, or external services.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging GO WEBERS for services, making a payment, approving a quotation, or confirming a project through written communication, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms and conditions.
19. Changes to These Terms
GO WEBERS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements.
